How we handle your information.

This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

Clear Pathways Project CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales, company number 16221394, based in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

  • When you use a form on this site: your name, contact details and whatever you write in the message.
  • When you are referred to a programme: the information needed to assess and deliver support safely, agreed in advance with the referring organisation.
  • When you visit the site: basic technical information collected by our hosting provider. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, assess and deliver programmes, meet our safeguarding duties, and report anonymised outcomes to funders and commissioners.

Who we share it with

Referring organisations and commissioners, under written information sharing agreements. Safeguarding authorities where we have a duty to do so. Our hosting and form providers, who process data on our behalf. We do not sell data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries not proceeding to a programme: [ADD]. Programme records: [ADD, aligned to your funders’ requirements].

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted where we are not required to keep it, or object to how we use it. Contact stephen@clearpathwaysproject.com.
